We are very lucky in that our Year 6 mentors spend time thinking about how they can ensure they are supporting our Year 3 children.  Once a week, the children go out on the playground and support the Year 3 with their playtime.  They play parachute games, ball games and other games which the children choose.  

This is a great leadership opportunity for the children and the Year 3 children love spending time with their older peers.  

The Year 6 Librarians take their role incredibly seriously.  They spend many lunch times in the library ensuring it is a tidy space for the rest of the school.  Not only do they put books away, they ensure the books are in the right place for all the children to find.  

The children are now working hard to get an outdoor library ready for our warmer months.
