Everyone is welcome to join, even if you are not eating! Have a relaxing weekend. Do lots of things you enjoy like playing outside, listening to music and getting exercise. Eat some healthy food to fuel your body and brain. Get a good night’s sleep on Monday night. You might feel nervous - this is ok. You know a lot more than you think you do. You can do it and just try your best. Whatever happens, remember we all think you are brilliant just the way you are! |
