You can take the test from Wednesday but it must be done by Sunday.

Practise your times tables. Complete 25 minutes of TTRS each week. See if you can beat any of your previous scores and make it on to the Year 4 leader board!

Using a different colour for each word class, shade the list of word classes (given in the example) and use your chosen colours to identify the word class for each of the words in the two sentences.

It was good to see you at the PTA Summer Fair! Thanks for coming.

The theme for this week is ‘embracing change’. The word of the week is ‘change’ - an act or process through which something becomes different.

Transition Day is tomorrow – we welcome Year 2 children who will be joining Connaught in September and Year 5 will find out which class they will be in in September.

Forest school is closed this week. Salcantay (second group) will take place on Tuesday 8th July.

The spelling test will continue to be given in the form of a dictation.

The words will be taken randomly from the list of Yr5/6 spellings which the children have been learning in class and on Spelling Shed during all year.
