Bentley Copse Update

Bentley Copse Update

Day 1

The children have had a busy afternoon on the zip line, pedal cars, Cave Maze and many more activities!
Dinner was chicken curry, with apple crumble for pudding.
The children were having a great time playing out on the grass until rain and thunder drove everyone under cover. Happily, it didn't last too long!
Everyone has now had hot chocolate and a biscuit and are gradually settling down to bed (gradually....)

Day 2

It's a beautiful morning at Bentley Copse! The children finally settled down to sleep last night and were awake very early!
We have all fuelled up on a breakfast of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries.
Lots more fun activities like the climbing wall, Jacob's Ladder, crate stacking and assault course are lined up!

In the evening the children were treated to a display of birds of prey. They saw a falcon and some owls, including some very young ones. The people who own the birds said that our children were very well behaved, asked brilliant questions and are a credit to our school.

Day 3

Half of the year group went on an all day hike through the woods in the sunshine. Tomorrow the other half of the children go although the forecast isn't too good.
